Job summary

Outwood Academy Valley in England seeks a versatile technical expert to support creativity and practical learning across Art and Technology. You will help manage resources, maintain equipment, and ensure safety in workshops and kitchens, following direction from Heads of Department.

Working pattern: 37 hours per week, term time only plus 5 days (39 weeks). Closing date: 18 September 2026. Interview: 25 September 2026. DBS checks and safeguarding procedures apply.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting teaching in Technology or Art departments.
• Ability to manage resources and maintain workshop equipment.
• Commitment to safeguarding and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day teaching and learning in Technology and Art.
• Maintain and check equipment and workshop safety.
• Liaise with Heads of Department to plan resources.
