Art Teacher – Southsea

Full Time | Permanent | October Start | £30,000 – £50,000 per annum

GSL Education are seeking a passionate and skilled Art Teacher to join a secondary school in Southsea on a full-time, permanent basis, starting in October. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative educator to inspire students and contribute to a thriving Art department.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver stimulating Art lessons in line with the school’s curriculum.
  • Inspire students to develop their creativity, technical skills, and critical thinking.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of schemes of work and resources within the Art department.
  • Support extra-curricular Art activities, exhibitions, and school events.
  • Maintain high standards of classroom management and foster a positive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will
