Job Description:

Are you a passionate and talented Art specialist looking for an exciting teaching opportunity? We are seeking a creative and dynamic Art teacher to join our secondary school team in Horsham. This full-time role is set to begin at the end of April and will run until the end of the school year.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality Art lessons to students across various year groups.
  2. Plan, prepare, and assess creative and engaging Art curriculums.
  3. Foster a positive and inspiring learning environment.
  4. Support students in developing their artistic skills and creativity.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and staff to enhance the students’ educational experience.
Requirements:
  • Recent experience teaching Art in a secondary school setting.
  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of Art techniques, principles, and the secondary school curriculum.
  • Ability to engage and inspire students of diverse abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
