Job summary

Vision for Education is seeking an Art Teacher to join a high-performing secondary school in Salisbury for the full academic year. The post is full-time and may lead to a permanent contract for the right candidate.

You will teach KS3 and KS4 Art, using engaging, creative approaches, and you will contribute to a supportive department that values student progression and strong behaviour. QTS is required.

Qualifications

• The ideal Art Teacher will hold QTS and have experience teaching Art at KS3 and KS4.
• Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all abilities and track pupil progress.
• Commitment to creative education and student progression.

Responsibilities

• Teach Art to KS3 and KS4 students in a high-performing secondary school.
• Contribute to the Art department’s curriculum development and CPD.
• Maintain high standards of pupil engagement and behaviour in lessons.
