What We're Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience working with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) students or in a PRU (Pupil Referral Unit) setting is highly desirable.
Subject Expertise: Strong knowledge of Art & Design with the ability to teach across Key Stages 3, 4, 5, and BTEC Art.
Teaching Style: A creative, flexible approach to teaching that adapts to students' emotional and behavioral needs.
Qualifications: Must have QTS or relevant teaching qualifications
Personal Qualities: Patience, empathy, and a commitment to helping students overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
