About the role

Art Teacher (Full Time/Temporary)

Gainsborough, Lincolnshire

£28,000 - £43,685 salary is depending on experience and or qualifications

At Vision for Education, we are seeking a creative and passionate Art Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Lincoln. The successful candidate will inspire students through engaging and innovative Art lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential opportunities to teach Key Stage 5.

The school boasts a strong visual arts department and encourages experimentation and individual expression, helping students develop both technical skills and artistic confidence.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Art Teacher, you will:

  • · Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • · Have experience teaching Art across the secondary age range.
  • · Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and creative teaching strategies.
  • · Be committed to raising student achievement and nurturing creativity.
