• Foster a safe, imaginative, and inclusive studio environment.

• Support student development both academically and emotionally.

Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.

• Relevant degree in Art, or a related subject.

• Secondary school teaching experience (KS3 & KS4).

• Strong subject knowledge and awareness of UK curriculum standards.

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

• A passion for supporting student growth and achievement.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with GCSE Art.

• Specialisms in specific art techniques.

• Familiarity with Edexcel, AQA, or OCR exam boards.

• Confident using technology in teaching (interactive whiteboards, design software, etc.).
