A leading private art education service in Winchester seeks a Club Manager to teach art to children. The role includes teaching, administration, and preparation, supported by comprehensive training. art-K is a private art education service which teaches children (who love art!) weekly during the day, after school and on the weekend. art-K has developed a specialist art program that tutors art skills to create great pieces of art. We are the largest art education service in England, teaching over 7000 students nationally per week!
All educationalists agree that art has positive effects on mental health, self-confidence and developing an individual personality. art-K helps realise those benefits by engaging teachers dedicated to these ideals and providing art projects that are inspiring and fun.
Our Winchesterbranch has a wonderful group of students! 50% of Club Manager time is dedicated to teaching the students, 25% is spent on preparing for the classes, 25% to admin and promotion.
The successful applicant will be given full training in our teaching methods and techniques to run the club. The employee will be closely supported by the central support team as well as other art teachers, each based in their own art studio.

Pension Scheme: Contributions are made to NEST pension.
Sick Pay: Following probation, enhanced sick pay policy; 3 weeks full pay in any 12 month period.

Tuesday: 13:30 - 21:30
Wednesday 11:30 - 19:30
Thursday 9:45 - 17:45
Friday 10:00 - 18:00
Saturday 08:00 - 16:00
Salary: £36,095 - 43,763 per annum. Fixed salary weighted based on experience, which will increase as the club grows. Salary is reviewed every term.
Location: Scylla Industrial Estate, Unit 3 Winnall Valley Rd, Winchester SO23 0LD
Start date: 1st December 2025
Term time: 40 hours a week, Tuesdays to Saturdays. During school holidays Club Managers work Mondays to Fridays (14 weeks per year).
