Role Details:
You will teach Art across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to contribute to the A-Level Art & Design courses. The role includes planning inspiring schemes of work, promoting art exhibitions, and supporting whole-school creative events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a varied and challenging curriculum covering traditional and contemporary art forms

  • Encourage experimentation and personal expression among students

  • Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level assessments with detailed feedback

  • Engage with parents and community partners to showcase student work

  • Support departmental planning, resource management, and health and safety

Candidate Specification:

  • Qualified Teacher Status and a relevant Art degree
