The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and fully qualified Art Teacher to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis, starting ASAP. The successful candidate will be expected to teach across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Sixth Form, delivering high-quality lessons in a variety of artistic disciplines. The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in art is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students across KS3, KS4, and Sixth Form.
2. Develop and implement creative and challenging lesson plans.
3. Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
4. Contribute to the overall development and enrichment of the Art Department.
5. Maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes creativity and learning.
6. Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and school trips related to art.

The Ideal Candidate:

1. A fully qualified Art Teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
2. Proven experience teaching Art at KS3, KS4, and Sixth Form.
3. A passion for art and education, with the ability to inspire students.
4. Strong classroom management and communication skills.
5. A commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
