Job summary

A supportive SEN school in the New Forest is seeking a full-time Art Teacher or Photography Teacher to deliver engaging lessons from Year 7 to GCSE for students with special educational needs. Overview

Art Teacher / Photography Teacher / Unqualified Art Teacher (full-time contract) sought for an SEN school in Lymington, on the outskirts of the New Forest. The school supports students with Asperger's Syndrome and other associated needs. Pupils range from 7 to 19 years old and the campus offers extensive grounds and facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool, an angling lake, and grass and hard-court areas. The school is located between Brockenhurst and Lymington with easy access to the New Forest and the seaside. The contract is for a minimum of 6 weeks, starting on 10 November.

The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging Art and Photography lessons from Year 7 up to GCSE level. Class sizes are small, with 1:1 and classroom support provided by additional staff.
