7. Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the field of art education, incorporating innovative approaches into your teaching practice.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching certification.
• A degree in Art, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience teaching art to students of varying ages and abilities.
• Passion for art education and a genuine desire to inspire and empower students.
• Strong knowledge of different art forms, techniques, and art history.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Organizational and time-management skills to plan and deliver engaging lessons effectively.
