The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching and learning in Art and will have the ability to motivate pupils and develop staff in a collaborative and supportive team. You will inspire effective teaching and learning within the classroom and beyond, understanding the importance of data to track pupil progress and employing evaluation strategies to assess success.
Responsibilities include planning, delivering, and teaching pupils or small groups in accordance with the School’s Curriculum framework, monitoring and reporting on pupil progress, managing challenging behaviour, and working effectively with colleagues.
The Tower School is an independent special day school for pupils aged 11–18 with a primary diagnosis of Autism. Our team works to ensure successful outcomes for pupils who often arrive with troubled views of education and life.
