Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire
Contract: Full-Time, temp to perm
Start Date: September 2025
Pay: £33,075 - £50,471, depending on experience.

As an Art Teacher, you will be responsible for nurturing the creativity and artistic potential of students across all age groups. You’ll have the opportunity to design engaging lessons, provide constructive feedback, and foster a love of the arts in a supportive and dynamic classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver inspiring art lessons in a variety of media, including painting, drawing, sculpture, and digital art.
  • Encourage students to develop their artistic skills and explore their creativity.
  • Assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them improve.
  • Organise art exhibitions or projects to showcase students' work.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enrich the educational experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for art and teaching.
  • Experience working with students of all abilities and backgrounds.
  • A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) or significant teaching experience, unqualified candidates are welcome to apply!
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage a creative, dynamic classroom environment.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full artistic potential.
