Overview

Amazing opportunity in consultative sales - a Luxury Retail Sales / Art Sales Consultant is required for this stunning contemporary Art Gallery.

You do not necessarily need an Art background but a desire to sell a prestigious luxury retail product is essential (product training will be provided). A strong appreciation of art is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Generate sales through consultative, non-hard-sell approaches; work toward realistic sales targets and develop new business with a self-motivated approach.
  • Provide exceptional client and customer service; deliver an amazing client experience from start to finish by understanding client needs and transferring passion for sales and the product.
  • Proactively promote the gallery through daily outreach calls, boosting footfall and sales; manage client relationships over the phone and via email.
  • Work weekends, with a 5-day week; be flexible to accommodate the busiest times.
  • Drive is preferred as the role may include home consultations as an additional service to clients.
  • Achieve monthly targets and have the potential to earn a good commission (OTE with a strong base salary).

  • Comfort with selling luxury products and a willingness to learn product details through training.
  • Excellent client service and communication skills; ability to build rapport and transfer passion for the product.
