Location: Operations Centre, Lichfield
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Clarendon Fine Art, the world’s largest and fastest-growing network of contemporary art galleries, is on the lookout for aWarehouse Operativeto join our fast-paced framing department. As we approach the opening of our 90th gallery, we continue to deliver exceptional customer experiences while expanding our business.

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented to join our team. You’ll play a crucial part in preparing original artworks for sale, storage or onward transport. This is a hands-on role that requires a practical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The Role

  • Process and quality-check deliveries of original artwork
  • Safe wrapping of artwork for onward transportation to storage / galleries / third party vendors for manufacture.
  • Identify and implement suitable packaging solutions, especially for non-standard or delicate items.
  • Maintain accurate records of artwork handling within internal systems
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient artwork flow through the department

Your Skills:

  • General experience in a warehousing, goods-in, or packaging role
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confidence using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and internal software (training provided)
  • Good communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
