We are excited to be supporting a vibrant and high-achieving secondary school in Swindon, well-known for its inclusive ethos, supportive leadership, and thriving creative arts culture. The school is looking for a talented Art & Photography Teacher to join their inspiring team.

This is a full-time role running until the end of the academic year, with the strong possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate. You ll be joining a school where creativity is celebrated, students are engaged and respectful, and staff are supported to innovate and grow.

What You ll Be Doing:

• Deliver dynamic and inspiring Art & Photography lessons across KS3 & KS4.

• Encourage experimentation, creativity, and individuality in every student.

• Guide students in developing strong portfolios and preparing for GCSE success.

• Play an active role in school-wide exhibitions, showcases, and creative events.

• Create a positive, inclusive classroom where every student feels valued and inspired.

What We re Looking For:

• QTS (or equivalent) with specialism in Art and/or Photography.

• Experience teaching across KS3 & KS4.

• A creative, reflective teaching style that motivates and engages young learners.

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.

• A genuine love for the visual arts and a drive to share that passion.
