• GBP26,375 per annum
• 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
• Permanent; Term-time only

Options Trent Acres is an outstanding independent specialist school providing 141 places for pupils aged 5-19.

The school operates across two sites in Staffordshire, offering academic and vocational opportunities in both a rural, 12-acre site and a newly built college setting.

The school is purpose-built, modern, and welcoming, with specialist learning areas including an indoor and outdoor riding school and outdoor gymnasium. Pupils can also work with horses, donkeys, goats, alpacas, and chickens. Learning outside the classroom is fundamental at Trent Acres. Our dedicated staff focus on delivering high-quality, pupil-centered, bespoke care and education packages.

Our service is conveniently located near Stoke, Derby, Telford, Stafford, Lichfield, Burntwood, Rugeley, Burton-on-Trent, Tamworth, Uttoxeter, and surrounding towns.

Purpose of the Job:

• To take a leading role in teaching Art.
• To collaborate with senior leaders to develop the Art curriculum and teach across qualification pathways.
• To work under SLT guidance to raise Art standards across the school.
• To review, monitor, and adapt the curriculum to ensure a challenging, engaging, and appropriate Art program for all students.
• To embody the school's values and ethos, creating a personalized, nurturing, and holistic curriculum tailored to individual needs.
