Who We Are Looking For:

We seek an Art Director to create compelling visual content that meets client needs across media. You should be passionate about design, healthcare, and making a difference, with a proactive attitude and the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment. An approachable team player with strong listening skills is essential. You will report to the Associate Creative Director Art.

What You Will Do:

  1. Lead art direction for projects across various media, including patient and doctor materials, banners, emails, websites, brand development, presentations, and pamphlets.
  2. Collaborate with Copy and Account teams to develop innovative visual solutions aligned with business objectives.
  3. Gain knowledge of your assigned therapeutic category, including science, market dynamics, and regulations.
  4. Build and develop brand visuals.
  5. Present creative ideas internally.
  6. Partner with departments like Design, Copy, Account, and Production to ensure project compliance and quality.

What You Bring:

  1. Over 2 years of experience in Art Direction/Design.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in healthcare advertising/marketing.
  3. A portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
  4. Strong design eye and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  5. Creative thinking with good aesthetic judgment.
  6. Excellent communication skills.
  7. Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Ability to tell stories visually and verbally.
  9. Desire to elevate work and a curious mindset.
  10. Ambition to excel.
