Job Opportunity: Fully Qualified Art Teacher in Hull

We are working with a fantastic provision in Hull that requires a Full-Time Art Teacher starting September 2024.

• Start Date: September 2024
• Working Hours: 8am to 4pm
• Salary: GBP130-GBP150 per day
• Position Type: Permanent after 16 weeks

An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced and dedicated teacher of Art and Design to join an alternative provision school in Hull.

Role Responsibilities

The Head of Department is responsible for all aspects of the curriculum area(s) within their designated responsibilities. The primary focus is on raising pupil achievement by leading and guiding staff, fostering an environment where teaching and learning are of the highest quality, and supporting the development of pupils.

This role also includes providing clear direction and leadership in Art and Design, contributing to the school's aims and ethos, and being responsible for student progress and welfare for a specific year group, while enhancing the quality of pastoral care.
