Overview

Art and Design Teacher (Full-Time) Knowsley, Liverpool
£130 - £190 per day (depending on experience and/or qualifications)

Responsibilities
  • Deliver well-structured Art and Design lessons that encourage creativity and technical development
  • Support students in building portfolios and preparing for assessments in line with the national curriculum
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom culture where all students feel encouraged to explore their artistic potential
  • Contribute to the wider creative life of the school through displays, clubs, and enrichment opportunities
Requirements
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching Art and Design at KS3 and KS4
  • A strong command of subject knowledge and practical art skills
  • Excellent behaviour management and classroom communication skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students
  • An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
