Job summary

Carpenters in London seeks an energetic Marketing Executive to join the marketing and communications team. You will support 360º campaigns across exhibitions, events, and digital channels, collaborating with social media, CRM, and content teams.

Based in our London gallery, you will coordinate with global teams, maintain calendars in Asana, assist with press, and help produce assets for print and digital distribution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' marketing experience, ideally within luxury, art or design.
• Excellent written and spoken English with impeccable grammar.
• Digital fluency across social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook).

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of 360º marketing campaigns across exhibitions, fairs, pop-ups, collaborations and events.
• Update project management environments in Asana and maintain calendars and trackers.
• Coordinate with regional teams to align global campaigns (Paris, New York, LA).
• Assist Marketing & PR Manager with daily administrative duties and produce monthly marketing reports.
• Help with strategic brand partnerships, presentations and market research.
