Art and Design Teacher Stafford

Start date September 2025 or ASAP

Part-time, long-term supply position

TeacherActive is proud to be working in partnership with a mainstream secondary academy based in Stafford that are looking for a committed Art and Design Teacher on a long-term basis. The secondary school continues to be rated Good by Ofsted. The school prides itself on inclusivity and high standards.

The part-time role starts in September 2025 or ASAP, and the school is looking to hold interviews immediately. The successful Art and Design would be working across both KS3 & KS4, 3 days per week, ensuring the work is planned, prepared and delivered to a high standard.

The Senior Leadership Team and the Head of Department will offer excellent support to the successful Art and Design Teacher and will provide an encouraging and supportive environment.

Applicants need to have the following:

  • QTS
  • Experience teaching Art and Design up to KS4
  • Excellent classroom management
  • The ability to fulfil a full teaching role including planning and preparing work
  • A real desire to make a positive difference to the pupils that you work with
  • Instructors are also encouraged to apply as well as educators working towards QTLS.
  • Early Career Teachers are also encouraged to apply.
