About the Role:

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive Art and Design lessons, with a focus on graphic design techniques and digital creativity.

  • Support students with complex emotional and behavioural needs in a therapeutic and trauma-informed environment.

  • Work as part of a supportive and passionate multidisciplinary team.

  • Use creative approaches to re-engage students with learning and build confidence through artistic expression.

About You:

  • Experience working in a SEMH setting is essential.

  • Strong subject knowledge in Art and Graphic Design.

  • Ability to inspire and motivate students with diverse needs and challenges.

  • QTS is desirable but not essential we welcome applications from professionals with a strong art/design background and relevant SEMH experience.
