Your Role as an Art and Design Teacher:

• Design Inspiring Lessons: Plan and deliver engaging art and design lessons that spark imagination and cater to diverse learning styles.
• Encourage Creative Expression: Teach students aged 11–16, helping them explore various artistic techniques, media, and cultural influences.
• Lead Artistic Enrichment: Organise and support extracurricular art clubs, exhibitions, and creative workshops that showcase student talent.
• Support Student Growth: Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Foster an Inclusive Studio: Create a welcoming and respectful classroom environment where every student feels empowered to express themselves.
• Promote Safe Practice: Ensure health and safety standards are upheld in all practical activities and studio work.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified and Creative: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
