PAYE
1. Provide support to students with Additional Resource Provision (ARP) needs in the classroom.
2. Assist the classroom teacher in implementing individual education plans for students.
3. Support students in their learning activities and help them to engage with the curriculum.
4. Monitor and record student progress and behaviour, providing feedback to the teacher.
5. Assist with classroom management and ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Prior experience working with students with Additional Resource Provision (ARP) needs
1. Understanding of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
2. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with students, teachers, and parents
3. Strong organisational and time management skills
4. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting student learning
Work in a school setting with regular school hours, term-time only
May involve some physical activity and the need to adapt to different learning environments

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
