We have two Full-time, 12-month Fixed term contract OR secondment opportunities commencing as soon as possible - the salary range for these positions is £24,366 to £29,799 per annum (Pay award pending)
Requirements of the roles:
Knowledge of case law relating to Council Tax
Experience of Capita and Civica
Ability to analyse facts and information
Write reports and provide evidence for court
Willing to use new information technology
Update computer systems & records
Professional customer service
To work to personal and team targets
Ability to work from home
