The TRA Development Manager role ensures that the Defence System Approach to Training (DSAT) process within D Info is properly managed and governed to the highest standard through the Customer Executive Board (CEB) and CEB Working Groups. These meet twice yearly with an aim of reviewing Training Requirements, agreeing Training levels and targets, examining results of recent and future assurance activities and to highlight any emerging training issues and risks.
You will collaborate with senior managers aiding their decision making through the provision of advice on how best to deliver training requirements that align with Army and Defence training policy.

In this role you will:
Act as the TRA Chair/Lead for all Military Judgment Panels convened for D Info courses
Manage and cohere the Quality Assurance of D Info Management of Training Systems (MTS) through 1st Party Audit, on behalf of the D Info Quality Manager
Provide support to the D Info Quality Manager regarding DSAT compliance and the use of the Army Training Authorisation Matrix (TAM), in accordance with Army Command Standing Orders or civilian ISO standards
Act as the TRA Single Point of Contact with responsibility for managing and prioritising tasks across in-Service and new equipment Capability Projects
Act as the focal point for all formal taskings between D Info TRA and Training Delivery Authorities (TDAs), namely Land Warfare Centre, Defence College of Technical Training, Defence Intelligence Academy and 77 Brigade (Information Activities)
Oversee support to emerging D Info training initiatives across the Information and Intelligence professions
Act as Account Administrator for Training and Financial Management System Training Analysis Developer (TAFMIS TAD) accounts across D Info TRA, providing 1st Line User support and additional bespoke training to D Info Training Development Team (TDT) staff
Capture the training requirement for personnel within the TRA and ensure that Pre-Employment Training is planned and booked
Facilitate bespoke DSAT-focussed workplace training to TRA staff as required in support of the TRA Quality Manager
Catalogue and manage all Training Authorisations up to and including Customer Executive Board (CEB)
Provide guidance and response to all Requests For Information (RFIs) enquiries regarding D Info's application of DSAT and Training Defence Line of Delivery (DLoD)
Engage with external stakeholders and commercial partners providing guidance on D Info organisational practices to facilitate integration of future programmes and developments
Lead on Training Working Groups on Training related matters
