This role is responsible for the implementation of a SHEF (Safety, Health, Environment, Fire) management system within the Garrison. Advising the Garrison Commander as Head of Establishment (HoE) on all SHEF related issues. Monitor Legislative and Policy change and update Chain of Command and implement. Monitoring SHEF performance of all major units within the Garrison.
