Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Army Safety Group for two Higher Executive Officer positions within the Safety Organisational Learning (OL) and Army Reporting (SOLAR) pillar. These unique roles are responsible for the safety organisational Learning data management and trend analysis that will support the SOLAR Assistant Head with the creation, development and delivery of Army OL and ensuring the maintenance the OL sub-strategy as well as managing recommendations from Service Inquiries and Non-Statutory Inquiries.
As a Higher Executive Officer (HEO), you will play a crucial role in analysing and interpreting complex data sets to provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making within the organisation. You will be responsible for collecting, organising, and analysing safety data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. The successful candidates will need to demonstrate their ability to manage data across a number of platforms, work against tight deadlines, have excellent communication skills, both written and oral and have the ability to look at the bigger picture.
