Adecco Group in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Recruitment Compliance Advisor to support a major Armed Forces recruitment programme. You will ensure candidates meet eligibility standards before progression into the Royal Navy, British Army, and Royal Air Force.

The role focuses on risk-aware, accurate screening in a high-volume environment. You will report to the Team Leader, conduct Right to Work and other eligibility checks, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues

Qualificações

• Strong communicator with collaborative mindset
• Experience in compliance, vetting, screening, or eligibility checking
• Background in recruitment operations or high-volume admin roles
• Experience handling sensitive/confidential data
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Background in or connection with the Armed Forces (advantageous)

Responsabilidades

• Conduct compliance checks (Right to Work, residency, educational qualifications, criminal records)
• Review candidate documentation against MOD standards
• Manage and resolve flagged cases ( Amber ) and update records in ATS
• Process waiver requests where appropriate and work to SLAs in a high-volume setting
• Identify and manage compliance risks and ensure eligibility before progression
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
