  • Influencing Partners to maximize Wealth opportunities, with customers being serviced by appropriate advisors in line with the Bank's strategy.

  • Delivering needs-based solutions, seeing opportunities, and supporting holistic financial planning for clients.
  • Managing collaborators - developing and maintaining effective relationships with team members and stakeholders outside of the team.

  • Ability to demonstrate external market awareness to keep up-to-date with market changes, ensuring effective communication with team and clients.
  • Understanding of conduct risks and HSBC business standards to attain and maintain Professional Standards.
  • Expert knowledge in holistic financial planning and wealth products.
  • Ability to encourage others to value the customer and deliver high-quality service.
  • Understanding of the Wealth & Premier proposition in terms of service and products, ensuring principles are applied consistently.
