We are looking for an Area Training Manager at Harry's Restaurants!
You will specialise in hospitality and have a passion for training others while helping the business grow. You will collaborate with the Learning and Development Team, Operations Managers and General Managers to create a network of motivated and passionate trainers in the restaurant, reception, bar, and runner-in-store areas. These trainers will coach and develop team members in their future careers. Your role will involve identifying training and development needs and implementing suitable training initiatives to cultivate experts within our business.
