Job description

This global beauty and cosmetics retailer is looking for an area trainer to drive sales in their assigned area through training and developing their concession teams.

Partnering with multiple functions including the national account manager, retail director, and education manager, you will develop and execute a strategic sales, training, and event plan to accelerate brand awareness and sales plans within your assigned area.

Coming from the beauty and cosmetics industry, the ideal candidate will have strong experience in training and a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.

The retailer is looking for two area trainers covering the North and South of England. The role is paying up to £51,000. There is a car allowance and benefits package included.
