Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for technical standards including Operator Asset Care in LCO Area.
  • Reduce unplanned downtime through systematic continuous improvement work.
  • Enable and coach operators and technical staff in technical standards and Operator Asset Care.
  • Contribute to a healthy, inclusive, and safe work environment, role modeling our character mindset.
  • Lead weekly continuous improvement meetings related to unplanned stops, using structured problem-solving and improvement tools.
  • Analyze and track asset maintenance data, ensuring data quality and completeness.
  • Reflect improvement activities in the global continuous improvement database.
  • Develop plans to improve technical reliability of lines.
  • Own Operator Asset Care standards and develop team competence.
  • Define, confirm, and improve technical standards, including Operator Asset Care.
  • Train and coach the line team to perform according to standards.
  • Drive correction of complex faults for sustainable improvements.
  • Contribute to preventive maintenance planning and content.
  • Use data and lean tools actively to improve performance.

Education and Experience

  • Skilled technical education or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of LEAN principles and data management.
