Job description

Job Title: Area Technical Services Officer

Kent County Council is seeking a skilled and proactive Area Technical Services Officer to support our Hard FM team within the Deputy Chief Executive Department. If you excel in facilities management and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing technical support as part of the Area Technical Services Team and the wider Hard Services Facilities Management team.
  2. Monitoring and delivering Hard FM services, including managing relationships with Schools and Third-Party contractors.
  3. Ensuring planned and reactive maintenance activities are completed on time and to the required standards.
  4. Managing customer interfaces with internal and external stakeholders.
