About the Role
The TAS Hub is part of the 'Early Intervention, Prevention and Support' sector within Surrey's 'Children, Families and Lifelong Learning' Directorate. We work closely with schools, partners and families to help children thrive in mainstream education, focusing on emerging needs, pupils at SEN Support level, and disadvantaged groups.
Our model enhances the great work already happening in schools through targeted, relational support that makes a real difference. We prioritise whole-school approaches, restorative practice, and relational health to ensure our interventions are impactful and inclusive.
As a TAS Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering early intervention. You'll work collaboratively with SEND Support Advisors and Neurodiversity Advisors to respond to whole-school and cohort needs, and provide individual support where required. You'll build trusted relationships with education leaders, remain calm under pressure, and deliver excellent service with integrity, and challenge where needed.
Your visible leadership will inspire and motivate colleagues; modelling behaviours that demonstrate how accountability, and a solution-focused mindset, can support the delivery of services which respond to the evolving needs of our school communities.
You'll benefit from regular supervision, reflective practice sessions, and peer support. We're committed to your professional development, offering training and opportunities to grow your skills in early intervention, inclusion, and leadership.
