Sureserve is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to ensure operational excellence in the electrical division. You will guide engineering teams, uphold safety standards, and coordinate multi-project activity across allocated sites.

The role requires proven supervisory electrical experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients and residents.

• Deliver action plans, to ensure timely work completion, at site where allocated resources have been unable to provide corrective repair.
• Communicate effectively with clients, offering superior customer service, and managing expectations according to project timelines.
• Multitask across diverse projects while maintaining attention to detail and resilience under pressure.
• Lead by example, fostering teamwork and collaboration within and across teams.

Overview of Role:

As the ElectricalSupervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across the electrical division. The position calls for a blend of technical expertise and leadership acumen, providing technical support to the engineering team, managing workflowswithin budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in electrical engineering within a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications required : 18th Edition, 2391, AM2 and NVQ .

Working hours are:

• 5 days per week (Mon - Fri) 8am to 5pm - 40 hrs

1 hour for lunch daily, supervisory rota to go on doing evenings & weekend hours.
