Overview of Role:

As the Electrical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across the electrical division. The position requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, providing technical support to the engineering team, managing workflows within budget, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise electrical and gas engineering teams, promoting a safety-first culture.
  2. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  3. Resolve technical and logistical issues promptly to avoid delays.
  4. Deliver action plans to ensure timely work completion, especially where allocated resources are unable to provide corrective repairs.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients, offering excellent customer service and managing expectations according to project timelines.
  6. Multitask across diverse projects while maintaining attention to detail and resilience under pressure.
  7. Lead by example, fostering teamwork and collaboration within and across teams.
