INSPIRED Pet Nutrition Ltd in Crick is seeking an Area Shift Leader to support a 4 on 4 off 12-hour shift pattern. You will lead a team of operatives, foster a safe, inclusive environment, and balance production performance with continuous improvement.

The role offers a days shift (06:00–18:00) with hourly rate £20.58 base plus £1.30 shift allowance, totaling £21.88. Average weekly hours are 42. We value development, teamwork, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting teams within manufacturing, production, or logistics.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ambitious self-starter with problem-solving mindset.
• Flexible and adaptable to shift patterns.
• Knowledge of lean or continuous improvement principles is beneficial.
