Area Sales Representative – Midlands
Salary: Circa £42,000 + £9.5k capped commission + Company EV
Location:Warwickshire/Midlands

The Role
You’ll be the go-to person for a wide territory across the Midlands, building relationships with local authorities, traffic management firms and highway contractors. You’ll sell essential safety and environmental products – bollards, grit bins, lifebuoys, and more – through face-to-face visits, presentations, and follow-up support.
Planning your own diary, nurturing accounts, and finding new customers will all be part of your day-to-day.

You’ve got solid commercial instincts and a real interest in customer-focused sales. Maybe you’ve worked in field sales or business development – or maybe you’ve just got the drive and people skills to break in.
You’re well organised, confident presenting face to face, and motivated to build long-term client relationships. A full clean driving licence is a must.
