Our client is a leading name in the hair care industry looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales professional. We have an exciting opportunity for a B2B Sales Representative to join a growing team, reporting to the Sales Area Manager. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who thrives on building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering exceptional value.

About Your Role:
As the Area Sales Representative, you'll spearhead the management and cultivation of relationships with top salon customer accounts across Southampton.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  1. Build strong client relationships, adding value to salons.
  2. Assist in implementing marketing activities for sales growth.
  3. Coordinate brand events during launches and retail periods.
  4. Ensure premium brand presentation and product promotion in salons.
  5. Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and meeting targets.
What Do I Need?
  1. A full UK Driving License is essential for this role.
  2. Demonstrable experience in account management within a face-to-face setting.
  3. Residency in or within close proximity to Southampton.
What's In It For Me?

Basic Salary: Up to £36,000 (Depending on level of experience)

Bonus: Monthly bonus scheme. Scope to earn an additional £50,000 P/A!
