The company supplies tools, equipment, and services to the construction industry. They are seeking an Area Sales Manager with a hunger for success and talent for winning new business, with the confidence to open new doors and grow accounts.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Increase company revenue through account management.
2. Collaborate closely with the regional sales manager and field sales team.
3. Generate leads by identifying and targeting specific sectors, and maximize conversion rates.
4. Achieve maximum spend on newly acquired accounts.
5. Meet revenue and profit targets.
6. Provide high levels of customer care in line with SLAs.

Required Skills:

1. Experience in a field-based sales role within the construction industry.
2. Ability to build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.
3. Proven track record in sales and a strong motivation to develop.
4. Full product training and ongoing support will be provided.
5. Valid driving license.
