Job summary

Fuller’s is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive proactive pre-booked growth across our pubs and hotels in Hampshire and surrounding areas. The role involves travel to the Support Centre in Chiswick and field coverage, focusing on events, private dining, weddings, and large group bookings.

You will lead sales initiatives across multiple sites, build client relationships, and deliver tailored room sales strategies while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site sales within hospitality or events.
• Willingness to travel across patch and to the Support Centre.
• Proactive approach to growing pre-booked sales across venues.

Responsibilities

• Implement pro-active pre-booked sales plan across multiple locations, pubs and hotels
• Drive growth in all areas of pre-booked business: events, food & drink, and private hire
• Identify new business opportunities and support pipeline development
• Build and manage strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
• Deliver tailored room sales strategies for weddings, corporate and events
• Collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Provide leadership/guidance and training for the site roles

Area Sales Manager

Salary of £37,000 to £42,000 plus Bonus

This role will cover a patch of pubs around Hampshire and surrounding areas

Experience in dining, weddings, consumers and repeat bookers is essential. This role will require travel around your area and to the Support Centre in Chiswick

You’ll play a key role in driving growth across all pre-book areas - including events, private dining, and large group bookings - while expanding our client base and supporting long-term business success.
