Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Temporary & Mobile CCTV Towers

Location: North London & Northern Home Counties

Remuneration: £35,000-£45,000 + up to 25% Bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Temporary & Mobile CCTV Towers will involve:

1. Field sales role selling the hire of temporary, mobile CCTV Towers/ mobile video surveillance
2. 80% construction industry, housebuilder/ new build focused
3. One day per week in front of quantity surveyors as well as targeting building contractors, property owners, public sector etc.
4. 20% other industries such as car dealerships, events etc.
5. New business development role, 70% self-driven enquiries, 30% Glenigan, office leads and utilising salesforce CRM database.
6. Typically four days a week on the road visiting customers and one day working from home
7. Typically 20 customer appointments per week
8. Typical ratios would mean creating eight opportunities to quote a week, usually 60% conversion rate
9. Initially targeted to hire out 2 towers per week (1st 3 months) with a view to this growing to five/six per week once established
10. Average order value £10,000

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Temporary & Mobile CCTV Towers with:

1. Construction hire/ plant hire sales experience preferred
2. Open to junior branch managers, as well as field sales experience
3. Also open to security backgrounds and competitor field sales representatives
4. New business mentality/ self-motivated
5. Outgoing, driven and enthusiastic
6. IT/ CRM savvy
7. Would consider a more junior individual that possesses the right qualities
