Area to be covered: South (location will determine your area)

Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 + profit related bonus circa £10,000

Job Responsibilities

The role of the Area Sales Manager Circuit Protection Products will involve:

1. Field sales position selling a high quality range of electrical accessories and circuit protection products.
2. 80% of your time will be spent selling to M&E contractors / electrical contractors, electrical consultants, developers; clients include NG Bailey & Berkeley Homes.
3. The remaining 20% will be spent dealing with specifiers, electrical consultants and distributors for example: CEF, Edmundson, and Rexel.
4. Working in conjunction with a dedicated distributor sales rep.
5. Typical project values would range between £20k-£300k.
6. Working closely with the internal sales team.
7. Understanding the requirements of the customer and identifying the appropriate products for their needs/wants.

Minimum Requirements

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Circuit Protection Products with:

1. Must have circuit protection / switchgear sales experience.
2. Open in terms of your route to market.
3. Must be able to hit the ground running.
4. Hungry, driven and ambitious.
5. A reliable professional who will look to grow the patch and manage it as their own business.
