Role

Are you a driven sales professional with a background in the construction industry? This is your chance to take ownership of a thriving territory, driving growth and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the South West region.

About the Role
As an Area Sales Manager, you will represent an innovative and well-established company specialising in construction solutions, including concrete repair, waterproofing systems, and admixtures. Your mission will be to manage and grow the South West territory, fostering relationships with distributors, contractors, and engineers while identifying and securing project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Achieve sales targets for volume and gross margin.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and contractors.
  3. Develop and execute a comprehensive area business plan.
  4. Identify and manage project opportunities via market intelligence.
  5. Provide regular updates on key performance indicators and business objectives.
  6. Maintain a project pipeline using internal tools to track progress.

Person
To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  1. Proven experience in the construction sector, particularly in concrete repair, waterproofing, or related products.
  2. Strong business acumen and the ability to plan strategically.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  4. A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
  5. A valid UK driving license.
