Job Description:

Develop retail sales in the Southwest of England for the entire range of construction equipment. Identify opportunities for growth and execute them as appropriate for current/potential customers. Provide headquarters with competitive information relevant to the assigned primary responsibilities. Forecast, track, and report sales activity to management. Analyze and communicate sales and market data internally and externally. Represent the company at trade shows and other associations, events, and meetings. Maintain a thorough understanding of the products to facilitate sales efforts that will affect target markets. Liaise with Parts and Service organization to ensure class leading service levels to dealers and customers.

Requirements:
  1. 5 years’ experience in the construction industry.
  2. Construction equipment or industrial product industry experience.
  3. Sales experience is a must, with a proven track record.
  4. Entrepreneurial & sales driven with a dynamic “can do” attitude.
  5. Very good communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Existing relationships with rental/construction companies will be a distinct advantage.
  7. Willingness to travel across the UK with regular overnight stays and the occasional visit to the HQ.
Remuneration and Package:

Offer competitive rates of pay with market leading commission structures, generous holiday and pension provisions. Laptop, phone, and car allowance will also be provided.
