We are supporting an international, market-leading manufacturer within the bathroom industry, poised for significant growth. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to grow, service, and manage retail and trade accounts, including buying groups, national account stores, retail showrooms, and trade merchants. The role involves creating demand, building strong customer relationships, and positioning the company as the preferred solutions partner in the market. You will manage a client base of approximately 80-100 active clients.

Work closely with buying groups to secure direct deals and foster long-term partnerships.

Participate actively in industry shows such as KBB, HIX, Installer Show Live, and Screwfix Show to promote the brand and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Territory Management: Drive sales growth across the South East and South Central regions, excluding inside The M25. The targeted areas include BS, GL, BA, DT, SN, OX, RG, SP, BH, SO, PO, GU, HP, BN.
  • Customer Training: Deliver tailored training plans to develop and secure brand advocates within customer accounts.
  • Account Development: Collaborate with distributors, national merchants, and independent showrooms to strengthen existing relationships and acquire new business.
  • Sales Initiatives: Present and implement sales initiatives aligned with the company's growth targets and sales cycles.
  • Market Intelligence: Collect and report market insights, identifying opportunities to enhance customer offerings and increase revenue.
  • Product Promotion: Actively promote the full product range (bathroom, kitchen, ceramics, flushing systems), addressing gaps in customer portfolios.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong partnerships across key channels, working collaboratively with internal teams.
