Area to be covered: South East

Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000 + £12,000 bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Roofing & Cladding will involve:

* Field sales position selling a high quality range of fasteners for roofing & cladding systems

* All of your time will be spent selling to specialise sub-contractors, roofing contractors and OEM’s such as: Kingspan & Tata Steel

* Once up and running will be expected to turnover £1m

* Majority of your time will be spent generating new business

* Project sizes can vary from £100 - £250k depending on size and scope

* Fantastic support with NSM and internal team

* Typical projects include education, high rise residential, commercial office, healthcare and education

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Roofing & Cladding with:

* Must have roofing & cladding sales experience

* Must have sold to sub-contractors & roofing contractors and OEM’s

* Must be able to pick up technical aspect of the role

* Must have a hunter mentality

* Would consider someone from a technical background however ideally sales

* Team player

* IT literate

* Hardworking and resilient
